Little old; no lift from reception to ground floor; not convenient for luggage carrying.
Room Cleaning service is excellent.
Hotel requests us to stick a “CLEANING” badge at outside of door everyday. We forgot to do it on one day, then no room cleaning services provided. It would be better to assume “need room cleaning” if without any badge sticked at door. That means, ROOM CLEANING SERVICES is a MUST, except the guy sticks “no need room cleaning” badge for environmental protection.

What you would expect from a hotel in Tokyo. Small but clean. Quite good for a few nights.
Clean and central location.
Bit small, room needed cutlery, tea, and coffee.

Very Good
It was clean and convenient.
We were in a unit in the Annex across the street, and when we needed toilet paper or other amenities, we had to go to the front desk across the street to get it ourselves. It was sort of weird.
