What was the highlight of Centurion Hotel Ueno
Little old; no lift from reception to ground floor; not convenient for luggage carrying.
Room Cleaning service is excellent.
Hotel requests us to stick a “CLEANING” badge at outside of door everyday. We forgot to do it on one day, then no room cleaning services provided. It would be better to assume “need room cleaning” if without any badge sticked at door. That means, ROOM CLEANING SERVICES is a MUST, except the guy sticks “no need room cleaning” badge for environmental protection.

What was the highlight of Centurion Hotel Ueno
If you are not looking for a traditional Japanese service, it will be enough with reasonable pricing.
The location is very good. Very close to bothe station, Keisei and okachimachi. Room has enough amenities and water pot.
The foreigner staff are not enough trained. There is missing the most representative Japanese actitud called “omotenashi” only the Japanese staff was able to fulfill and answer properly, my concerns.

What you would expect from a hotel in Tokyo. Small but clean. Quite good for a few nights.
Clean and central location.
Bit small, room needed cutlery, tea, and coffee.
